Real Estate Broker Participation Requirements:
- Broker/Realtor Must Pre-register with bidder at Real Estate inspection and auction.
- Broker/Realtor Must Attend an Real Estate inspection with bidder.
- Broker/Realtor Must Attend the Auction with bidder.
- If bidders high bid is accepted by seller and Closing is completed by seller and buyer Broker/Realtor will receive a commission for his/her assistance.
